What We Do
Grass Cutting & Lawn Mowing, Done Right
Cody Cuts specialises in one thing and does it exceptionally well: residential grass cutting and lawn mowing across Catterick Garrison and the surrounding villages.
Standard Grass Cut
Regularly maintained lawns cut to a clean, even finish. Best kept on a 2–3 week rhythm through the growing season.
First Cut / Overgrown Lawns
Neglected or knee-high grass brought back under control. Ideal after a winter, or between tenancies.
Clipping Removal
All cuttings taken away at the end of the visit. Nothing left behind — tidy from edge to gate.
Mulching
Clippings mulched back into the lawn as a natural feed. A good option if you'd rather nothing was carted off.
Green Waste Bin
Prefer to use your council green bin? Cuttings go straight in at the end of the job, no extra charge.
Regular Schedule
A reliable fortnightly or three-weekly slot through the season. One-off cuts welcome too — no commitment.

Questions
Good to Know
How often should my lawn be cut?
Through the growing season, every two to three weeks keeps a lawn healthy and easy to manage. Leave it much longer and the next cut becomes a bigger job — which is why first cuts on overgrown lawns are priced differently.
Why do you need photos before quoting?
Size, grass length and access all change how long a job takes. Photos let Cody give you an accurate price up front rather than a vague estimate that changes on the day.
What happens to the grass cuttings?
Three options, all included: we take the cuttings away, we mulch them back into the lawn as a natural feed, or we put them in your green waste bin. Just tell us which you'd prefer.
Do I need to be home?
Not necessarily. As long as we have access to the garden, Cody can carry out the work and let you know when it's done.
Do you cut commercial or communal lawns?
Cody Cuts focuses on residential gardens. If you have something larger in mind, get in touch and we'll be straight with you about whether it's a good fit.
How old is Cody?
Cody is fourteen and runs the business himself. His father attends every job with him — both to assist and to make sure the standard of work never slips.
